Former Gambia Armed Forces coach Ebrima Jatta has officially joined Real de Banjul as the Club beefs up its technical staff.
The signing ceremony, which took place on Wednesday, sees Jatta, unveiled as the Assistant to Head Coach Bye Malleh Wadda.

Jatta, fondly called ‘Giggs’, started his coaching career in 2007 with local side Conge-Bi FC before rising through the ranks to be appointed assistant coach at the Armed Forces in 2013.

Under the ‘Khaki’ outfits, Jatta secured three trophies, winning the League title (2016), the FF Cup (2017) and the Super Cup (2018) before resigning from his post with the Army club last month.
He was offered the chance to join the Gambia’s top club this week thereby becoming Assistant at the City Boys.

Jatta, a FIFA Level III and a CAF “B” License holder, begins work immediately and will be officially on the bench when we take on Brikama United at the Late Ousman Saho Football Field on Monday.
Everyone at the Club welcomes Ebrima Jatta and wish him success during his tenure with the country’s most prestigious Club.
