Real de Banjul is pleased to announce it has been listed as the number one club and biggest exporter of football players in the Gambia with the highest transfer of outgoing players in the last decade. This was published by world football governing body, FIFA, who researched into the transfer dealings of clubs in every confederation over the past decade (10 years). The FIFA report says Real de Banjul have the highest number of outgoing transfers having sold a total of 33 players outside the shores of the Gambia the last ten years, more than any other club in the country.

BY: Media Officer Foday Jatta Real de Banjul recently held its end-of-season meeting at the Oasis Apartments in SeneGambia to reflect on the just concluded season before awarding individual players in recognition for their standout season performances. The Club’s Executive and the team met to reflect on the just ended 2020/21 GFF League Division One season to go reflect on it and better prepare for next season. The City Boys, who finished 3rd place at the end of the season, took home D150,000 for the position, an amount the Executive decided to share between the team. The club also at the end of the session awarded individuals with prizes for their outstanding performances.

BY: Media Officer Foday Jatta Real de Banjul secured a 4-1 thumping victory over city rivals Banjul United on the final matchday of the league but unfortunately missed out on second position. Ebrima Singhateh and Modou Lamin Demba gave the City Boys a two-goal lead after the first half before wing-wizard Kajally Drammeh made it three in the second. Banjul United pulled one back but Modou Lamin Demba extended our lead to 4-1 and in the process completing his brace.
