Slovak side FK Pohronie have completed the loan signing of Real de Banjul winger Alieu Fadera. The Gambia youth international has already joined his new teammates in the city of Ziar nad Hronom ahead of FK Pohronie’s debut in the Fortuna Liga. Fadera has been one of the club’s most important players since his arrival from Lions of Banjul three seasons ago. “Since his arrival we knew he could be a top player and he has demonstrated that during his time here,” said club president Willy Abraham. “Fadera’s pace and ability to beat his markers is delightful to watch and I hope he can continue his development in Slovakia with FK Pohronie.” The WAFU A U-20 bronze medalist has been one of the most delightful players to watch in the local with his trademark solo runs through the final third. Everyone at the club wishes Alieu all the best in Slovakia.
