Real de Banjul FC coach Majorr Saine has resigned from his role following the club’s narrow defeat to Gamtel last weekend in the league. “After the defeat against Gamtel on Sunday 17 February, he (Majorr Saine) decided to part ways with the club on mutual understanding.” Club President William Abraham told realdebanjul.gm. Majorr has been with the club for the past four seasons before taking over as Head Coach last season, guiding the club to second place including a nine match winning run. “Assistant Technical Director Musa Njie (Kuch Balla) will step in as Head Coach for the rest of the season.” Willie confirmed. Mr Njie is a former player of the club and has also coached the club winning the 10th league title. The executive of Real de Banjul wishes the new coach all the best in his new role.
