HEAD COACH Real-de-Banjul is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of a Head Coach at Real-de-Banjul. Real-de-Banjul is one of leading clubs in The Gambia. Established overall 50 years ago, the club has a rich history and is in the process of professionalization.  The Head Coach will be the head of the coaching staff responsible for the first team and all developmental teams. FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES  The Head Coach, through the Technical Director is answerable to the Club Executives. The Head Coach shall work towards the advancement of teams of Real-de-Banjul (1st Team, Youth Team and Academy). The Head Coach shall assist in the Capacity Building of Coaching Staff. The Head Coach shall be responsible for developing training programs for the approval of the Technical Director and Executive Committee. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To develop a comprehensive football development program for Real-de-Banjul and ensure the implementation of these programmes. To prepare the 1st Team and Youth Teams for all competitions with a view of winning trophies. As head of the Coaching Department, the Head Coach is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all the programmes and management of the personnel in the Coaching Department. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE The applicant must have at least a B Licence in coaching. He/she must have a minimum of Ten (10) years experience in coaching at the highest level in The Gambia.  Must be fluent in both written and oral English is required.  Experience in working with the youth category will be an added advantage. The applicant must be a strong team player who can work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and also have the ability to work effectively on his own The candidate must also have an excellent communication, good project management and analytical skills.
